A Letter from the President

We are a performance driven company dedicated to the development of individuals for the retail automobile industry. Our training platforms are designed for the ever changing retail environment with a strong emphasis on technology and web based marketing.

Under my leadership I have trained, developed, and promoted hundreds of individuals that have gone on to become dealers, general managers, and all other senior management positions in the dealership. I am particularly proud of the fact that the majority of these individuals had little or no experience.

Our firm of proven industry leaders are hands on with all of the services we provide, and are committed to delivering process, performance and profitability for our clients.
